Masonic Display Within The Warrington Museum

As part of an exhibition regarding the heritage of Warrington, a section of the Warrington Museum has been dedicated to the display of a selection of items from the Warrington Museum of Freemasonry. Warrington is the location for the earliest written record of Masonic activity, when Elias Ashmole recorded in his diary for July 1646 that he had been made a Mason in Warrington. The display is available until at least the end of December 2017.
