  • The Warrington Museum of Freemasonry was started by Vic Charlesworth in 2010 as a small cupboard, following a suggestion by Ken Garner, both Warrington Masons. It then started to grow rapidly from donations from both Lodges and individuals and moved from the cupboard into a committee room, eventually taking over the committee room entirely in 2015 when it was formally opened by the Grand Master for the Province of West Lancashire, Tony Harrison.

It is now a registered charity and is seeking to become an accredited museum. It has now has started to outgrow the meeting room by mounting some exhibits in a small Lodge Room and even on the staircase leading to the small Lodge Room.
